You can return rentals in the presence of a customer as well as anonymously.

Step-by-step guide

1. When processing a return in the absence of a Customer, from the Sales screen click on Go To [F8].

2. Click on F10 Rental Returns.

3. Scan the item or enter the item name or number, then press Enter or click on Return

4. A window will prompt you that your return was completed. 

5. If any late fees apply, you will see the charges at the bottom of the Return screen. Press Return to accept the item.
