If a customer wants to purchase a gift card, follow the instructions below. To see how to set up a gift card, see How to Set up Gift Cards.
Step-by-step guide
1. Go to Operations > Sales > Sales.
2. Swipe the gift card at the Sales screen.
3. Enter in the desired amount in the price box and click on OK.
4. The gift card will load in the Sales screen, Press Enter or click on Tender to go to the Payment screen and finalize the sale as usual.
