Step-by-step guide
1. Go to Operations > Sales > Sales.
2. On the Sales screen, click Change [F12].
3. Select what type of sale you would like to change the invoice to, for example: Quote, Layaway, Repair, Order, etc. In this article, we'll select Repair.
4. The sale will then display the type of sale you are going with in the top right. You can then add the items you want to sell and select the customer. Depending on if there is any other customization needed, a screen will pop up and require you to fill in any necessary information when you click Tender.
