Step-by-step guide


1. On the main ACE screen, click on Calendar at the top of the screen. 


2. Type in the Item number or scan the name of the Item box at the top. 


3. Click on the Add button at the bottom of the Booked box on the left.


4. Enter in the customer name, select the dates to begin and end the booking, and enter any notes as needed in the note box. When you are finished, click Rent/Invoice to invoice the rental, or Book/Save to book the rental.


5. The booking will appear in the rectangular box below.
